Monday- Geography quiz corrections and discussion. Be sure to put keep graphic organizers, as these will be necessary for test preparation. Students will get credit for notes toward the homework/classwork grade. 
 
Tuesday- Voluntary Trade: reading, discussion, and notes 
Use handout for note taking and to define key terms. Students will also see how currency conversion is effected by exchange rates: http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi 
 
Wednesday- Personal Finance and budgeting: reading discussion and notes. 
 
Thursday-Review for test. (((JEOPARDY))) Bring notes, graphic organizers, maps and any thing related to what has been covered so far on Latin America. Topics that we have covered and will be tested on include: Geography(how land and climate influence the way people live and support themselves), environmental issues in Latin America(air pollution, deforestation of the Amazon rainforest, earthquakes, and hurricanes), political systems, 
Economic systems(traditional, command, market, mixed economies), voluntary trade, and personal finance.  
 
 
Friday-test 
The test will include a variety of test questions, including matching, multiple choice, and a short essay.
