Accelerated Math cutoff is THURSDAY! You can make up for last time if you have 100's in both objectives and problems. 
 
Be prepared for a notes test TOMORROW and a test over radicals on Thursday. 
 
Today in class, we: 
*Were given time to check our notebooks for the notes test tomorrow as well as time to work on Accelerated Math. 
*Completed #9 (foldable) from yesterday. 
*Added #10 to our notebooks. 
*Discussed the Pythagorean Theorem. 
 
September 29

YOU HAVE A TEST THURSDAY over the perfect squares from 1 to 625. You should already have those listed in your notebook. If you do not, remember: just start with 1 times 1 and go all the way up to 25 times 25. The answer is the part that you need to remember. 
 
Also, remember that NEXT Thursday is the Accelerated Math cutoff for the first nine weeks. Be sure you are on track!

*Finished another sheet on estimating square roots (added to #2 in the notebook). 
*Learned how to and practiced simplifying square root problems that include variables.

Please inquire with your child to see if he/she needs to see me in the morning to get that completed. Thanks!
