We are hitting the road on April 22 to watch The Princess and the Pea at the Tivoli presented by Blue Apple Players theater group. We will leave the school around 8:00 if your student chose to bring their lunch for home please be sure it is with them on the morning of the trip. If you need directions to the Tivoli you can come to the school on the morning of the trip and pick them up. Any one who has not yet paid the $20.00 fee for the trip please do so by Friday 11th. If you still owe $10.00 I would like to have that by Friday 11th as well.

We will administer the CRCT (Criterion Referenced Competency Test) April 14 – 16 for 1st grade. Please be sure your child is getting plenty of rest eating a good breakfast and arriving to school on time each day. Bring two No. 2 pencils with good erasers for the test. We will have a snack at school before the test begins and during the break. Our class needs healthy snacks for this time. Things like grapes, apples, breakfast bars, peanut butter crackers, raisins, and semisweet chocolate chips would be great. If you plan to send a perishable snack please send it on the day it will be used. It is also a good idea to stay well hydrated. Please send a water bottle for your child to have a drink with their snack. Do your best to make sure your child is comfortable and feeling great and encourage them to do their best.
