Rossville Middle School will hold try-outs for all students interested in playing football for RMS in 2010.  All 6th, 7th & 8th graders (in good academic standing) will be allowed to tryout for the team. RMS has both a Varsity and Junior Varsity team. There is no fee or charge to play football at RMS.

 

Requirements –

  1. Athlete must have an up-to-date physical on file Athlete must have a student participation form, filled out completely, on file (both of these forms are available at the RMS office.
  2. Athlete must provide their own cleats and athletic support/protection
  3. Rossville Middle will provide jersey, helmet, shoulder pads, pants, hip/knee/butt/thigh pads and pants.  Any equipment beyond this must be provided by the athlete.
