School Registration Information

Only the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the student can register their child. Legal guardians must bring guardianship papers.

The following information is needed before or when you register:

• Bring proof of residency with one of these documents:
         * a homeowner's contract, a lease agreement, or 2 utility bills. (Phone bills and driver's licenses are
            not acceptable documents for proof of residency.)
• A current Georgia Immunization Certificate and
• A Georgia Hearing, Vision, and Dental Certificate
• Copy of final report card for 05-06 school year showing promotion
• Copy of standardized test scores, if possible
• Copy of descipline record
• Student's birth certificate
         * Special Ed students must also have IEP record
