About Us

History

Cherokee Ridge Elementary was built in 1998 and combined the traditions of two community schools (Osburn and Mountain View).  The school is nestled in the foothills at the southern end of the Appalachians in Walker County, just outside Chickamauga, Georgia and the Chattanooga/Chickamauga National Military Park in a community steeped in Civil War history.
