Rock Spring Elementary celebrated Constitution Day by inviting distinguished guests from Walker County to tell students how laws relate to local representatives and services

Image  Walker County Tax Commissioner Carolyn Walker tells Rock Spring students how much money comes from taxes, how roads are built, and how Bills come to be laws.
