County leaders participate in Constitution Day |

Rock Spring Elementary celebrated Constitution Day by inviting distinguished guests from Walker County to tell students how laws relate to local representatives and services  Walker County Tax Commissioner Carolyn Walker tells Rock Spring students how much money comes from taxes, how roads are built, and how Bills come to be laws.  Walker County Commission Bebe Heiskel tells students about her job, how it affects the people of Walker County and why we have county governments.  State Representative Jay Neal answers questions from Shawn Turner's Kaleidescope students in grades one through five who sponsored the Constitution Day event.
