Ridgeland Senior band students Erica Paris (clarinet), Sean Rick (bass clarinet), and Robyn Davis (bassoon) were recently selected to attend the University of Georgia's School of Music Visitation Day this year announced Robyn Wilkes Director of Bands at Ridgeland High School.  The invitation stated, “These students have been identified by our faculty as some of the finest young musicians in the Southeast, potential music majors/minors, or as students who would contribute greatly to our organizations,” said Wilkes.  The students attended an All-State audition master class with the UGA faculty and received information about UGA admissions, finanicial aid, and the school of music.  In addition, the students and their families were invited to attend the football game that Saturday.
