Patty Hart, Chairperson of the Walker County Board of Education, accepted a Certificate of Recognition from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency for promoting safe schools.  The certificate from GEMA Director Charley English, presented by Tod Keys, shows WCS safety plans are in compliance with state law and have been renewed.
