Academic achievement is the foremost goal for all students at RMS. Our 8th grade students scored 5% higher than the school system average on the Georgia Writing Assessment in 2007. We were successful in getting a $96,250 grant for additional interactive boards to continue the drive for the latest technology available. Additionally, RMS made AYP for the second straight year. As our new school becomes a reality, it is important that we remember the heritage reflected in who we are. |
