Welcome

Welcome to Rossville Middle School!  We’re extremely excited about our programs and want to assist you and your child to make the most of this time.  RMS has innovative learning opportunities and multiple interventions to improve knowledge.  Just a few of our outstanding programs are:

  • Co-Teaching in half of our language arts and math classes
  • Standards based instruction using America’s Choice strategies
  • 28 interactive white boards
  • 2 computer labs running educational software
  • Computers in each classroom
  • Outstanding athletic teams
  • Outstanding band and chorus
  • 6 science labs

We are very proud of our accomplishments last year. For the third year in a row, we have made Adequate Yearly Progress on the Georgia Criterion Reference Tests.   We will offer Saturday classes, as well as other unique opportunities, for students to practice skills needed to reach grade level.

This will be a very special year for us. We begin our 20th year as Rossville Middle in a new building.  As you visit us, we know you will be amazed and delighted at this awesome facility that has been provided for your child’s educational experience.
